Description

This is an original Korean War U.S. Air Force officer's service shirt, with epaulets. It is constructed of a khaki cotton material and is dated October 30, 1952. We could not locate a size marking but please refer to the Measurements section for more details. It retains its original WWII era felt USAAF shoulder sleeve insignia; beneath it are faint remnants of rank insignia patches. Faintly inscribed on the placket's interior is its original owner's laundry number.

Provenance

Personal Collection of Chelius Carter
