Description

This is an original Korean War U.S. M-1 helmet liner. It was manufactured in 1952 by Capac Manufacturing Company of Capac, Michigan, using a mold supplied by the Micarta Division of Westinghouse Electric & Manufacturing Company of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It features blackened brass A-washers and an OD#7 (green) suspension. The liner's exterior retains its original olive drab factory finish.
