Description

This is an original page from Esquire Magazine's February 1943 issue, featuring an illustration by the famous painter George Petty (1894-1975). It remains in its original wooden frame, making it ideal for display. The image depicts a young blonde on the telephone with her friend. At some point the page was shortened; however, beneath the illustration, the original caption would have once read "Talk about ingratitude! - he never says a word about the times he hasn't found other men here!" It measures approximately 8.75 inches wide and 10.75 inches tall overall.
