Description

This is an original WWI U.S. Army Signal Corps flag kit carrier. It was manufactured in November of 1916 by Mills. The front is marked "BATTERY B, 18th F.A.", denoting reuse in WWII by Battery B of the 18th Field Artillery Brigade, XVIII Corps Artillery, which participated in the Rhineland, Ardennes-Alsace, and Central Europe campaigns.
