WWII U.S. 1/2" Camouflage M-1 Helmet Net (British-Made)

Description

This listing is for a single original WWII U.S. 1/2" camouflage M-1 helmet net of British manufacture; however, three are available. British-made helmet nets were commonly issued to American servicemen prior to the introduction of the U.S.-made "M44" net in late-1944. These examples are all constructed of OD#7 (green) cotton material. It is displayed here on a fixed loop helmet (not included) but would also be appropriate for swivel loop helmets.

The helmet net you receive might not be the exact one shown here; however, it will be substantially similar and, of course, original.

These helmet nets are in good, used condition. They bear the iconic, musty smell of genuine textiles from the timeframe.
