Description

This is an original pair of WWII U.S. Army all-purpose goggles, manufactured by Polaroid Corporation of Cambridge, Massachusetts. These were a favorite among paratroopers and tankers alike. This set includes the goggles, No. 1021 case, and three replacement lenses. The goggles are currently outfitted with red-tinted lenses. They are marked atop "431, POLAROID", with the Venn diagram logo beneath.

These goggles are in very good, used condition. The rubber frame remains pliable; however, there is a small crack by the wearer's right eyepiece. The elastic strap is intact and flexible. The replacement lenses show some discoloration.
