Description
This is an original WWII U.S. Army enlisted man's M37 service shirt. It is constructed of a "mustard" color wool flannel material. Unfortunately, its manufacturer's label has since been removed. It is a size 14 x 32 but please refer to the Measurements section for more details. Marked on the placket's interior is the name of its original owner, an apparent "William Maburly". A search of the National Archives unfortunately did not reveal a match.
Provenance
In July of 2025, Gustafson's acquired the inventory of Circa1941. This piece was among those acquisitions.
