Description
This is an original WWII U.S. Army M1928 haversack. It was manufactured in 1942 by Crawford-Austin Manufacturing Co. of Waco, Texas. This haversack retains its original, matching mess kit pouch (also known as a "meat can"). Stapled to the reverse is its original "COMBAT SERVICEABLE" paper tag.
