Description
This is an original WWII U.S. Army M1942 first aid pouch for the carlisle bandage. It is faintly stamped with a manufacturer's marking of "WLMC Inc." Unfortunately, its date marking has faded beyond legibility, however it is constructed of OD#3 (khaki) webbing and therefore likely predates 1943, which saw the introduction of OD#7 (green) webbing.
