Description
This is an original WWII U.S. Army M7 rubberized gas mask bag, as worn by Allied servicemen during D-Day and other amphibious invasions. This particular example exhibits the earlier 4-snap closure, making it ideal for the discerning collector. It is marked "UL", denoting universal size.
Provenance
In July of 2025, Gustafson's acquired the inventory of Circa1941. This piece was among those acquisitions.
Condition Report
This gas mask bag is in good, used condition. Generally, the rubber remains pliable; however, its hardware has corroded somewhat.
