Description
This is an original pair of WWII U.S. Army officer's regulation service trousers. They were manufactured on November 27, 1942, by the Philadelphia Quartermaster Depot. They are constructed of the iconic "pink" wool material and feature a button fly. Inscribed on the trousers' lining is the surname of their original owner, "Bohle". A search of the National Archives unfortunately reveals too many results to be conclusive. They are a waist size 29 regular; however, they show signs of being let out, so please refer to the Measurements section for more details.
Provenance
In July of 2025, Gustafson's acquired the inventory of Circa1941. These were among those acquisitions.
Condition Report
These trousers are in good, lightly used condition. They exhibit minor stains and mothing.
