Description
This listing is for a single original WWII U.S. deceased servicemen personal effects bag; however, two are available. These were used by Graves Registration Service (GRS) personnel in which would be placed items of soldiers who had been killed or died in hospital for return to next of kin. On the OD#3 (khaki) canvas bag is a cloth label upon which the details of the deceased and circumstances of their death would be inscribed.
