This original WWII U.S. M-1 helmet liner neckband was manufactured by Bates Shoe Co. It is a size medium and exhibits steel unmarked snaps. This neckband would be ideal for a helmet liner with non-painted steel A-washers (including Hawleys and low-pressure liners).
