Description
This is a matching set of original WWII U.S. Army M-1938 leggings. They are a size 1L and were manufactured by Hillsdale Manufacturing Company on August 8, 1940, predating the U.S.'s entry into the war.

These leggings are well used, in fact the lower portion of the interiors show where the soldier's leather service boots rubbed against the canvas. There is verdigris on the brass hardware and some of the hooks are bent backwards.
