Description
This original WWII U.S. M1910 aluminum mess kit was manufactured in 1942 by Aluminum Goods Manufacturing Company of Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Later that same year, A.G.M. Co. began production of the M1942 mess kit, making this a unique, transitional piece. Interestingly, etched into the bottom is the original owner's initials, "JAA".
