Description

This listing is for a single, original WWII U.S. mileage ration coupon; however, two are available. During the war, domestic prices rose rapidly as the government diverted goods to the war effort and federal spending soared. To counteract this, U.S. Congress passed legislation authorizing the government to regulate and set prices that were “fair and equitable”, resulting in shortages and black markets. These late-1945 examples, with their "T" codes, denote use by commercial truckers.

The coupon you receive might not be the exact one shown here; however, it will be substantially similar and, of course, original.
